I came in with an odd request and all three of the ladies in the store were very polite and helpful. The carpet was not in store so they drove to the warehouse and brought the carpet back within a couple hours. Great customer service and amazing prices! Highly recommended!

My husband and I went to SEVERAL flooring company’s to look for LVP. After our 21st sample and nothing was looking just right, we went to Pat’s Carpet and Flooring in Brea. I IMMEDIATELY found the ONE sample, took it home, and loved it! Working with Pat and Amber made this choice ideal. Such professional people. It is beveled all around and looks absolutely like real wood and is one of their most popular LVP.
