I came in with an odd request and all three of the ladies in the store were very polite and helpful. The carpet was not in store so they drove to the warehouse and brought the carpet back within a couple hours. Great customer service and amazing prices! Highly recommended!

My husband and I have been all over Brea Placentia Orange County parts of LA County looking for flooring and for paint for walls. Joe told us about the store he works at in Brea, Pat's Carpeting. Who knew, right in our neighborhood. We went and Joe and Lisa and everyone there was so helpful and wonderful. Not only did they help us find our floor, they have great prices, and they helped us find our paint color. We bought over a dozen paint samples and we were about to give up. We explained we wanted a color to go with warm and cool and Lisa showed us their paint swatches and she suggested a color to try, and it was perfect.
